Luật sư Ngô Huỳnh Phương Thảo - đại diện pháp lý cho Hoa hậu Nguyễn Thúc Thuỳ Tiên - khẳng định việc khởi kiện của bà Đặng Thùy Trang là không có cơ sở.
Phản hồi việc bà Đặng Thùy Trang gửi đơn kiện Hoa hậu Thùy Tiên về tranh chấp hợp đồng vay tiền, luật sư Ngô Huỳnh Phương Thảo - người đại diện pháp lý cho Thùy Tiên - khẳng định trong thông báo gửi tới truyền thông rằng vụ kiện hoàn toàn không có cơ sở.
“Vừa qua, truyền thông đưa tin về việc bà Đặng Thùy Trang gửi đơn khởi kiện Hoa hậu Thùy Tiên yêu cầu giải quyết tranh chấp hợp đồng vay. Việc khởi kiện tranh chấp hợp đồng dân sự là điều hết sức bình thường trong quan hệ dân sinh. Điều này cũng thể hiện sự văn minh, thượng tôn pháp luật thay vì có những hành động đe dọa, nói xấu, xuyên tạc nhằm mục đích đòi tiền.
Tuy nhiên, điều đáng nói trong sự việc lần này là bà Trang khởi kiện về 'tranh chấp hợp đồng vay' nhưng lại cố tình đánh lạc hướng dư luận là khởi kiện Thùy Tiên về hành vi vu khống, cho rằng Thùy Tiên bịa đặt, vu khống bà Trang. Việc thông tin sai lệch về nội dung kiện là nhằm mục đích gì chưa rõ, nhưng điều này sẽ gây hiểu nhầm cho Thùy Tiên. Hơn nữa, theo các tài liệu bà Trang đưa ra thì không có tài liệu gì thể hiện Tiên vay nợ của Trang và thực tế Tiên chưa từng nhận bất kỳ khoản tiền nào từ Trang. Do đó, việc khởi kiện của bà Trang đối với Tiên là không có cơ sở" - đại diện pháp lý của Thuỳ Tiên tuyên bố.
Theo luật sư Phương Thảo, Hoa hậu Thuỳ Tiên đã đề nghị Sở Thông tin và Truyền thông xử phạt bà Đặng Thuỳ Trang về hành sử dụng trái phép hình ảnh cá nhân và xúc phạm danh dự, nhân phẩm. Người đẹp cũng đã khởi kiện bà Trang trên Toà án Nhân dân quận Gò Vấp, TP.HCM về cùng hành vi trên và tòa án đang trong quá trình giải quyết.

Trước đó, vào sáng 24/10, bà Đặng Thùy Trang - chị gái Hoa hậu Đặng Thu Thảo - cho biết đã gửi đơn kiện Hoa hậu Hòa bình Quốc tế 2021 Nguyễn Thúc Thùy Tiên lên Tòa án Nhân dân quận Gò Vấp hơn 10 ngày trước về vấn đề tranh chấp hợp đồng vay tiền. Tòa án Nhân dân quận Gò Vấp có giấy xác nhận đã nhận đơn khởi kiện của bà Đặng Thùy Trang vào ngày 14/10.
Bà Trang cho biết vào năm 2017, Thùy Tiên đề nghị vay 1,5 tỷ đồng để thi Hoa khôi Nam Bộ. Cô từng viết giấy vay tiền, cam kết trả sau khi thắng giải.
"Việc Thùy Tiên vay tiền rồi trốn tránh trách nhiệm trả nợ, vu khống tôi vào các tội danh như lừa đảo, cưỡng đoạt tài sản, tố giác tôi ra cơ quan công an mà không có bằng chứng, căn cứ... là những hành vi có dấu hiệu vi phạm pháp luật nghiêm trọng. Nó khiến tôi không chỉ có nguy cơ bị mất trắng tiền của mà còn chà đạp danh dự, nhân phẩm, khiến sức khỏe tôi bị suy sụp”, bà Trang nói.
Bà Đặng Thùy Trang đã gửi đơn kiện Hoa hậu Hòa bình Quốc tế 2021 Nguyễn Thúc Thùy Tiên lên Tòa án Nhân dân quận Gò Vấp (TP.HCM).
Về phía Hoa hậu Thùy Tiên, cô đang đồng hành với cuộc thi Miss Grand International – Hoa hậu Hòa bình Quốc tế 2022 tại Jakarta, Indonesia. Nàng hậu tất bật chuẩn bị cho đêm chung kết 25/10.
